At Forever Mortal, every piece is created just for you. Because we operate as a made-to-order brand, we do not keep inventory and cannot restock returned items.

We kindly ask that you double-check your size, color, and shipping details before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Manufacturing Errors

Your satisfaction matters to us. If your item arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing defect:

• Contact us within 30 days of delivery

• Send your order number and a clear photo showing the issue

• There is no need to return the damaged product

Once confirmed, we will gladly offer a free replacement or a full refund.  

Returns & Exchanges

Since each item is custom-made:

• Returns and exchanges are not supported for incorrect size or color selections.

• We cannot offer refunds or reprints if you ordered the wrong size, color, or changed your mind.

We provide detailed size charts to help you choose confidently.

Delivery Issues

If delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or unclaimed package:

• You may choose a reprint for an additional charge, or

Request a partial refund (shipping fees are non-refundable).                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                All items are considered final sale unless defective.
